Who we are

Who2Meet is provided by Tarsh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04242106). "We" and "us" mean Tarsh Ltd. You can reach us at [email protected]. By registering for an event on Who2Meet you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What Who2Meet does

Who2Meet suggests the people at an event most worth your meeting, says why, and helps you find them in the room and get in touch. Its suggestions are suggestions: we do our best to make them useful, but we cannot promise that any introduction will be right for you, or that a person will be at the event or will want to meet.

Your account

Give your own, true details, and keep them up to date under Menu → My account.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Add only your own photos, CV, biography and profiles, and links you are entitled to share.

What you may not do

Copy, collect or export other attendees' details, by hand or by any automated means, or use them for anything other than meeting them in connection with the event.
Send other attendees unwanted marketing, or contact anyone who has asked you not to.
Pretend to be someone else, or register for someone else.
Upload photos of other people to identify them for any purpose other than meeting them at the event.
Try to get round how Who2Meet is protected, or interfere with how it works.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. The event's organiser may also withhold or remove your place at their event.

What you give us

What you give us stays yours. You allow us to use it to run Who2Meet for you and for the events you register for, as our Privacy Policy describes, and for no other purpose.

The demonstration

Heroes Summit is a demonstration of Who2Meet. Its famous guests are invented profiles, and their introductions were written for the demonstration.

Our responsibility to you

We provide Who2Meet with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for what other attendees say or do, or for the content of websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; the new version will be shown here with its date. You can stop using Who2Meet at any time, and leave an event or delete your account under Menu → My account.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales may deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your own country's courts.
